These Terms of Use govern your use of advisornetwork360.com (the "Site"), operated by Nick Paez, an individual doing business as Advisor Network 360 ("Advisor Network 360," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What Advisor Network 360 is
Advisor Network 360 is a referral network of independent professionals who serve business owners. We help make introductions. We do not provide accounting, legal, tax, insurance, financial, lending, HR or other professional services ourselves, and nothing on the Site is professional advice.
Members are independent
- Each member is an independent business and is solely responsible for the services it provides, its licenses, fees, contracts and compliance with applicable law.
- Members are not our employees, agents or partners. Any engagement is directly between you and the member.
- An introduction is not an endorsement, guarantee or warranty of any member's work. Please do your own due diligence before engaging any professional.
- You are never obligated to work with any member.
- No referral fees are required to participate in Advisor Network 360, and the network does not collect or pay referral fees. Some members may independently choose to offer referral compensation to other referral partners. Any such arrangement is handled individually between those members, outside of the network, and each member is responsible for making sure it complies with the laws and licensing rules of its profession. If you want to know whether a member receives compensation for an introduction, ask that member directly.
Applications and membership
Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. Membership decisions are made at our sole discretion and the discretion of existing members. There is no cost to apply or join. Seats are limited to one per discipline, and we may decline, pause or end membership at any time.
Information you submit
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You authorize us to share referral request details with the member advisor(s) best suited to help, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Communications and text messages
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your application or request. Text messages are sent only if you opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of membership or service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to access systems without authorization, sending spam or malicious code, or scraping content.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, name and logo belong to Advisor Network 360 or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and any introductions are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any outcome from an introduction or membership.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advisor Network 360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any services provided or not provided by any member, arising from your use of the Site or any introduction.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Advisor Network 360 harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
