About my services
I staff people for companies all over the Inland Empire — manufacturing, distribution, food production, hotels and events, construction, skilled trades and office work. Temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire where we find the person and you hire them on directly. What you get is one person who knows your account by name instead of a call center, and associates who are screened, E-Verified and show up ready to work with a backup already lined up. Whether it’s a production line, a banquet or a front desk, an empty shift costs a lot more than the hours it was supposed to cover, and my job is making sure that doesn’t happen.
About me
I’ve been in staffing for over five years. I got into it because I’ve always liked helping people, and this job lets me do it with real resources behind me — I can connect somebody to a job, and connect a company to the people who make them money. What I’m proudest of is a company that was about to close its doors. We got them staffed and stabilized, and it let them stop firefighting and focus on actually running and growing their operation. Outside of work it’s family, church and basketball, I help out with youth sports, and I’m active in my local chamber.
What a great referral looks like
Any size company, small to large. We are nationwide so we service all throughout the country with over 33 offices nationwide.
An owner, HR manager, plant manager or GM at a company with 25 to 500 employees — manufacturing, distribution, food production, hotels and event venues, construction, medical, or office — who says something like “we can’t find people,” “our agency keeps sending no-shows,” “I’ve got a shift I can’t fill,” “turnover is killing us,” or “we just landed a big contract and need people fast.”
Also great, and usually earlier: a company that just signed a lease on a new building, or just won a contract or funding that’s about to double their volume. They don’t know they need me yet. They will in sixty days.
